Warranty Policy
Warranty Summary
Ride RFN Warrior Series electric bikes are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect is confirmed, Kickin Bikes LLC will provide a replacement part and cover shipping for that replacement. Customers must return the defective part. Labor costs for installation or replacement are not covered. Damage from wear, misuse, crashes, or shipping is not covered. Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery.
Ride RFN Limited Warranty

Kickin Bikes LLC warrants Ride RFN Warrior Series electric bikes (SX-E5, SX-E8, SX-E15, SX-E15 Plus) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Charger: 24 months
Front and rear wheels (excluding tires): 10,000 km
Front suspension fork: 6 months or 3,000 km
Rear shock: 6 months or 3,000 km
Display: 12 months
Chain: 1,500 km
Sprocket: 5,000 km
Saddle: 12 months
Wiring harness: 12 months
Disc rotor: Lifetime replacement for manufacturing defects only
Speed mode button: 12 months
Emergency power-off switch: 12 months
Front brake assembly (excluding brake pads): 12 months
Rear brake assembly (excluding brake pads): 12 months
What Is Covered
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and material failures under normal riding conditions. When a warranty claim is approved, Kickin Bikes LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component. Replacement parts are provided at no cost, and Kickin Bikes LLC covers shipping for the replacement part.
Customers are required to return the defective part to Kickin Bikes LLC. Failure to return the defective part may result in denial of the warranty claim or billing for the replacement component.
Labor Costs
This warranty does not cover labor costs. Any labor, diagnostic, installation, or service charges associated with replacing warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer, including work performed by dealers or third-party service providers.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable items, cosmetic damage, crashes, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, water damage, corrosion, unauthorized modifications, aftermarket parts, or use outside of intended riding conditions. Commercial, rental, or competition use voids warranty coverage.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is not a warranty issue. Customers are responsible for opening a shipping damage claim with the carrier. Kickin Bikes LLC will assist with documentation when possible. All shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Ride RFN or Kickin Bikes LLC support, provide proof of purchase, and submit clear photos or videos of the issue. Customers must follow all troubleshooting steps provided. Kickin Bikes LLC determines final warranty eligibility and resolution.
Dealer Purchases
Products purchased from an authorized Ride RFN dealer remain covered under this warranty. Dealer return and exchange policies are controlled by the selling dealer and are separate from this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Kickin Bikes LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience. Warranty rights may vary by state.
