Not necessarily. We work with established powersports dealers, motorsports retailers, and select outdoor/recreation shops. If you have the right customer base and space to demo bikes, we want to hear from you.
RFN handles warranty claims directly. As a dealer, you submit a claim on behalf of your customer and we ship replacement parts at no cost. Our goal is fast turnaround so your customers stay happy.
Territory exclusivity is discussed on a case-by-case basis during the onboarding process. We work to avoid dealer overlap in the same market.
