Shipping Policy

If a customer purchases a Ride RFN electric bike and resides within the established sales territory of an authorized Ride RFN dealership, the customer will be contacted and the order may be fulfilled through that dealership. In these cases, the bike will be delivered to the dealership for final delivery, setup, or pickup in accordance with the dealer’s procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include transit time.

Once an order has been processed or transferred to a dealer for fulfillment, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods

Ride RFN products ship via common carriers or freight services depending on item size, weight, and destination. Electric bikes are typically shipped via freight or large-parcel ground service.

Shipping method, carrier, and estimated delivery timeframe may vary based on location, dealer coordination, and availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Promotional or discounted shipping does not alter ownership, risk, or responsibility once the product ships.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Kickin Bikes LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, labor disruptions, port congestion, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier or delivered to the authorized dealership, whichever occurs first.

Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours. Customers are responsible for opening a shipping damage claim directly with the carrier. Kickin Bikes LLC will assist with documentation when possible. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty.

Failure to report damage within 72 hours may result in denial of claims or assistance.

Incorrect Address or Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable shipping information. Additional fees may apply for address corrections, re-delivery, or returned shipments.

Refused shipments may result in return shipping charges, restocking fees, or denied refunds.

Dealer Purchases

Products purchased directly from authorized Ride RFN dealers are shipped and delivered according to the dealer’s policies. Kickin Bikes LLC does not control dealer-specific shipping timelines or costs.
