Returns

Our return policy is simple.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with all original components, manuals, and accessories included.

Any product that has been opened, assembled, charged, ridden, modified, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.

Opened Items & Restocking Fee

If the product packaging has been opened, but the return is otherwise approved, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Items that have been opened and used are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Any electric bike that has been ridden or charged

  • Batteries once opened or installed

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Special-order or custom-order products

  • Purchases made through third-party dealers (see Dealer Purchases below)

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval. Customers must contact Ride RFN to request a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping any item back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Ride RFN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied and the item returned at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any damage or defect must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

For manufacturing defects, customers should refer to our Warranty Policy for full details and coverage.

If a bike is damaged during shipping, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Kickin Bikes LLC will assist with documentation and support to the best of our ability but is not responsible for carrier-related damage.

Dealer Purchases

If a product is purchased from an authorized Ride RFN dealer, all returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the dealer from whom the product was purchased. Ride RFN and Kickin Bikes LLC do not control dealer return policies.

Chargebacks & Refused Shipments

Unauthorized chargebacks, refused deliveries, or failure to follow this return policy may result in denied refunds, restocking fees, or account restrictions.
