Share the purchase details, bike information, and issue evidence below. Every claim is reviewed internally before parts are approved and shipped.

  • Claims are reviewed internally before replacement parts are approved.
  • Approved claims move to our warehouse team for order creation and shipping.
  • Incomplete submissions can delay or block a warranty decision.

Upload clear evidence of the issue.

  • At least one image is required.
  • Video is strongly recommended when the issue is intermittent or mechanical.
  • Claims submitted without issue evidence are rejected.

If your bike was purchased on Walmart, Amazon, or from a dealer located outside of Utah or Idaho, note that your bike came from another distributor. Please contact support@rfn-usa.com to get warranty service.

If the claim form does not load or you run into upload trouble, email your claim details and attachments to support@kickinbikes.com.
